ROR Strategy Co. was formed from a simple truth I saw again and again: good, hardworking businesses weren’t growing efficiently enough not because they lacked in skill; they were falling behind because no one can do it all. The day to day keeps moving, customers get taken care of, but it often feels like treading water. For many small businesses, important things can slip through the cracks. Marketing and sales are usually the first to be pushed aside; and without focused resources, even the strongest operations can stall out.

I started ROR to close that gap I saw so many businesses facing. With over 17 years experience in sales and marketing, I’ve learned that success isn’t just about numbers - it’s about people. Trust, conversations, and relationships are what make business last. That’s why ROR doesn’t just stand for “Return on Revenue”; it also means “Return on Relationships.”

And on a personal note, ROR also carries my kiddo’s initials. She’s my reminder that growth and strategy should be about more than just profit - it should build something solid, rooted in people, and the communities that businesses serve.
